At the Nonika we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products.
However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will do everything to make it correct. Please note, there are some products on our website which may not be eligible for return or refund.
Many of our products are produced as per demand basis, all the products are unique and produced per order. Therefore, if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product the returns or exchanges will vary based on the product you have ordered. Our order fulfillment facility doesn’t have inventory space to keep the unwanted items.

All eligible return items must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition, you received them in with original tags attached. You must return authorized orders in original form and packaging. To receive authorization, please email us nonika@mynonika.com. Specify your order number and which item(s) you’d like to return, and we’ll provide instructions on how to return the products back to us. As soon as the package is received, your refund (if eligible) will be processed. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Please note, we are unable to provide prepaid return shipping labels for any orders.
In the case of a damaged or incorrect item, we will make sure all articles are replaced in an expedient manner. You can contact us by email and provide a picture of the damaged product, and we will take it from there. All damaged product claims must need to submit within 24 hours of receiving the package.
If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for packages lost in return transit.
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us as soon as possible and no later than 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
