If I like one design and pattern but there is no size available, is it possible to request the size that I want?
For our One of a Kind Collection, we do not offer multiple size. That’s what makes each order special, unique, and genuinely one of a kind. Other than that, we do offer quite a variety of selective designs, patterns and sizes.
How soon will my order ship?
Our shipping and handling services will take place within two business days of any order being placed. Most of the time, all orders that are being placed before 2 pm will be shipped the same day.
What is expedited shipping versus flat rate shipping?
Expedited shipping generally takes 2 to 3 business days for all 48 lower states but any state outside of the lower 48 can take up to 5 days total for shipping. Flat rate shipping generally varies between 3 to 5 business days for the lower 48 and 8 to 10 business days outside of the lower 48 states.
What if I wish to return my purchase?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of any order being shipped and we will only accept returns for products that show no signs of wear, stain marks, or damage. All buyers must contact our team to receive the return and to receive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on returns through email. Our team can send return shipping labels directly to buyers when required.
What are the fees and do I qualify for free shipping and returns?
For any order under $40, return shipping will be charged directly to the buyer and deducted from the refund amount. Orders over $40 qualify for free shipping and returns.
If you live in the greater Oklahoma City Metro area, you may be eligible for a free return at any purchase by dropping off the return product at our drop-off at address below. However, you are required to contact us first to get Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before drop-off. Please remember to include the RMA in your return item.

How do I return my order?
For any reason, you may return your order to Nonika, 2410 Memorial Rd, Ste C #357, Oklahoma City 73134 within 30 days of the purchase date by visiting the returns page. Please review the terms and conditions on our returns page for additional information about returning goods. Depending on the reason for return you may be responsible for shipping and handling charges, or even eligible for a full refund.
How do I exchange my order?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange goods, simply return the original purchase within 30-days return policy and place a new order for new items.
How do I cancel or change my order?
As soon as you place your order we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to change or cancel orders. Please visit the returns page to initiate a return if you wish to return goods. The terms and conditions for returns will apply.
I did not receive all the goods I ordered or received the wrong goods.
Please visit the returns / customer service page and we will remedy the issue immediately.
When can I expect a refund from my return?
Our inspection team will fully go over any type of return product to make sure that they are properly eligible for refund or credit. A credit or refund will generally be seen 3 to 5 days after we officially issue the refund by e-mail.
If products are damaged during shipping or they arrive defective you could be eligible for a completely free refund and return. Please contact us immediately if you have received a defective item as free returns and refunds are available as long as the shipping and returns are completed within 3 (three) days.
Is Nonika a secure site?
Yes. Nonika is registered business on State Oklahoma Secretary of the State and we are accredited and verified by Better Business Bureau (BBB).
Does Nonika store payment information?
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order, enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. We do not store any payment information.
